TGIF!

Here's your Friday update from the Morning After Show! We hope you had as much fun listening to the show this week as we did putting it together for you. From Silent Rob's incarcerated-astronaut ditty to Dr. Ruth's tight lips about her own sex life, from author James Patterson's 28 million-dollar 2006 to Savannah's tender heart getting skated on by some low-life, from Drew's new girlfriend to Earnest's pro-black agenda...by all accounts, we had a blast this week.

This is the last shopping weekend before V-Day...and I want you to forget about the lame trip to the mall to buy the predictable boring and cheesy crap. Stay right where you are (physically-speaking) and click on over to www.vermontteddybear.com and/or www.pajamagram.com right now and you're hooked up. You can make it look like you spent a lot of time and brainpower this year when it actually took minimum effort. Trust me, the lady in your life will dig it and "thank" you for it. And by "thank", I think we all know what I mean.

Blowing your own horn on Valentine's Day? Well, there's good news for you my lonelyhearted friend. The Sexy Savannah will host a one-of-a-kind event at Chillers on Wednesday night. It's designed to get you the one thing you need: interaction with attractive members of the opposite sex. Join your fellow bitter partiers and meet somebody. Chillers is on Church Street in downtown Orlando, and here's a tip from me to you guys: Sexy Savannah is single. Show her love.

Did somebody say "Heavy Metal Music"? No? Hmmm, I thought I heard something. Oh, while we're on the subject...commence to the banging of heads while listening to THE DUNGEON, Sunday night at midnight on O-Rock 1059. Silent Rob bends over and shows you his dark side so you can thrash about and break stuff. Throw your devil horns in the air and rock them like you just don't care.

Don't forget: tonight is the television debut of Drew Garabo! Well, if you don't count that Miss Cleo infomercial...and I hope you don't count that. Oof. Tune in to (or DVR) Brighthouse channel 6, WRBW-65, at 7 PM for the Magic/Spurs game. Right after the 1st quarter, Drew slides in next to David Steele and Matt Guokas and rocks the microphone. See if he can obey the rules and not make a John Amaechi joke!

Have you freaking seen the lineup for Coachella this year? Holy hell! How about a 3-day music festival with a reunited Rage Against the Machine, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Bjork, Sonic Youth, Jesus and Mary Chain, Rufus Wainright, The Roots (also playing in February at the House of Blues in Orlando), Arcade Fire, Kaiser Chiefs, Interpol, and about 100 other bands you want to see. We busted our butts to get you hooked up for this show. Keep listening to O-Rock 1059 to find out how you can win airfare, hotel, and tickets to all 3 days!

How about Jody and Scott waking up early and setting the Morning After Show on fire this past Thursday? They did a phenomenal job of showcasing what their radio program is all about, and challenged the Morning After peeps to raise their game to the next level. These guys are the premiere young talent for CBS Radio, and you can look for huge things from them as long as they can figure out how to stop getting in trouble so much. Big trouble. Chicks in the bathroom stealing the big boss' lunchbox kinda trouble. Yeah.

Next week, more big stuff from the most interactive radio show in the history of man. More hot moms, great giveaways, compelling guests, general hysteria, and your best chance to get on the radio and say something. Remember this weekend to avoid the malls and you just might want to get your hands on those tickets to the O-Rock 1059 420 Celebration with The Killers at the UCF Arena on Friday, April 20th. We're still working on the super-secret 420 pre-show fun. Shhhhhhh.
